The Training operations of NKA has been developed to ensure the rapid and structured development of the workforce of any organization. The scope of programmes will include both developmental and technical focusing on the soft as well as the technical issues of the job. The Academy has the best training facilities for all levels of employees, from senior management , executives to shop floor technicians. We are staffed by experienced trainers who offer the best in training methodology and skills sets. We also have a well stocked library for participants to surf the internet and do research for their courses. Our programs are not limited to Naza staff as they are designed based on world class standards and all organizations are welcome to participate in our programs. We have well equipped training rooms and comfortable lodging facilities

It is a joint-venture investment by Naza KIA Sdn Bhd and Naza Automotive Manufacturing Sdn Bhd. Now, NAZA ACADEMY is our pledge to excellence, where we ensure our workforce is kept updated with current skills and know-how methodology.

Heralded as the Centre of Excellence, the NAZA Academy conducts training and development programmes for employees of NAZA KIA MALAYSIA., NAZA Corporation Sdn. Bhd., NAZA Automotive Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd., as well as for other subsidiaries of NAZA Group of Companies. In addition, the Academy is recognized by KIA Motors Corporation as its Overseas Training Centre in the Asia Pacific region.
